Which products do I need to start?
A starter kit is Grow A+B, Bloom A+B and Root Shoot. An expanded kit adds Boost, Stress and either PK 9/18 or Resin. For coco, use Mag Cal; ask your stockist for its confirmed dose.
Can I use Monkey in coco, soil and hydro?
Yes. The Monkey range is designed for coco, soil and hydro. Follow the feeding chart, and use Monkey Mag Cal for coco.
Does it work with hard and soft water?
Grow A+B and Bloom A+B are designed for UK hard and soft water. Mag Cal is particularly relevant for soft water, RO water and coco.
Are the products PGR-free?
The Monkey range is described as free from PGRs.
How do I use Monkey Mist / can I spray with lights on?
Monkey Mist is ready to use: no mixing. Mist evenly over the tops of leaves; there is no need to spray undersides. Use during propagation, veg and early flower, weekly or whenever plants need a quick boost. Advanced wetting technology makes Monkey Mist safe to spray with lights on, day or night.
What order should I add the nutrients?
1. Add Stress first and mix thoroughly. 2. Add A, stir, then add the same amount of B. 3. Add the remaining nutrients one at a time, stirring between each. 4. Check EC and pH last.
PK 9/18 or Resin – which programme?
These are alternative flowering programmes. The PK programme uses PK 9/18 in bloom weeks 4–6. The Resin programme uses Resin in bloom weeks 3–8 instead of PK 9/18. Keep to one programme and follow the chart.
